I’m exploring pub sub+ features deployed and provided from solace cloud. Replay option is not configured on cloud. So is this expected error with trail one? observed N/A in message-vpn summary page too. Any future ammend will allow this with trail one

Replay log is not configured and you do not have permission to create replay log.

Currently you can’t enable replay from the console in Solace Cloud (it’s on the roadmap for late this year), but in the mean time go ahead and make a request via the support interface in Solace Cloud and they should be able to get you rolling.
