Replay Queues

When I login into my cloud account, I do not see an option to enable replay upon selection of VPN.
Is there something that needs to be done, I am logging in as the admin

Hi @Krishna_1 … replay is only configurable by the broker admin. Solace Cloud only gives its users admin access to the VPN. So you need to raise a support ticket, and ask them if they can enable it on your broker to do some testing. I think 300MB is the smallest you can make it.

@Aaron though I am the admin I don’t see the option. I am on a trial account just so you know please.

No, you are a VPN admin. All Cloud users are (even me!). I need to raise a ticket with Solace Cloud Production Engineering team for them to enable Replay on my demo brokers.

I didn’t know that the “Support Ticket” option is disabled on trial accounts. What does the “chat with us” do?
