Solace Community is getting a facelift!
On March 3rd we will be starting the process of migrating Solace Community to a new platform. As a result, Solace Community will go in to a temporary read-only state. You will still be able to come onto Solace Community and search through posts to find answers, but you won't be able to ask questions, post comments, or react in any way.
We hope to have the migration complete by Wednesday March 5th (or sooner), so please keep an eye out!
PubSub+ Messaging API for C & Go - Support for Apple's M-series Macs - Now Available
Hello everyone,
We are excited to announce that the PubSub+ Messaging API for C (also known as CCSMP) and Go now officially support Mac M-series processors! This means that developers can now build applications that take full advantage of the power and efficiency of Apple's latest generation of processors using Solace's messaging APIs.
The latest releases of the PubSub+ Messaging API for C (v7.25.0.10) and Go (v1.3.0) are the first two APIs to include support for Apple's latest hardware based on user demand/interest. The following APIs will also get support for M-series processors throughout the remainder of this year:
-PubSub+ Messaging API for Python
-PubSub+ Messaging API for C#/.NET
-PubSub+ Messaging API for JavaRTO
The CCSMP release can be downloaded via the Solace Product Portal for all Solace customers:https://products.solace.com/products/7.25GA/APIs/CCSMP/Current/7.25.0.10/solclient_Darwin-universal2_opt_7.25.0.10.tar.gz
For developers which do not have access to the Solace Product Portal, I will be updating this post later once the download is available on https://solace.com/downloads/
The Go API is available for all either via the go get tool or via GitHub at the following link: https://github.com/SolaceProducts/pubsubplus-go-client/releases/tag/v1.3.0
As always, looking forward to any feedback, comments or questions that you may have!
Sincerely,
MV
