health-check for solace

Hi Team, I want to create a health-check for solace which will check it can make connection to topic or not. This check will be called from a MuleSoft API.

Only connection check is required. Publish/Consume is not needed.

Please let me know how I can implement this use-case.

@Nilanjana which Solace client API you are using e.g. JCSMP, JMS etc.
