Hello,

I have deployed Solace in AWS with EKS and a Network LB. Now, I want to connect to port 1443 using "Try Me," but it gives me a timeout.

    Hi JayMehta,

Can you please check if the port configuration for Web Transport is correct ? You can check it in the broker manager as below :

    Hope this helps.

@jayMehta also make sure you are using a messaging client username and password. The "admin" user is by default a management user and doesn't have messaging access so unless you created an "admin" user that could also be the problem. That said, I would have thought you'd get a different error instead of a time out.

Hello @HariRangarajan, It is already configured for these ports.

Hello @marc, when I try with port 8008, it connects with the same credentials.

@jayMehta were you able to figure it out? It should work 🤔

Out of curiosity try the sample publisher/consumer in step 3 of this page and see if it works for you: https://solace.com/products/event-broker/software/getting-started
