It seems mostly likely your company has some security policy blocking you from playing the content. The course is developed using Articulate Storyline and published using xAPI format and it could be your company has policies to block this format.
As a test can you please try from your personal computer if available. This would help eliminate if the above is the issue or not. Also if you are connected to your corporate VPN, try disconnecting and open the course again to see if that helps.
