ALERT : Mate Link Port x/x/x: Is  Down

Hi Team,
This is for active /standby setup. getting error on both side.
Getting this error in both solace boxes.
Redundancy is up in primary node (local Active) and AD-active.
In Secondary Node - Mate Active and AD-Standby.
What can we check for the given error?
In Primary node
ALERT : Mate Link Port x/x/1: Is  Down
In Secondary node
ALERT : Mate Link Port x/x/2: Is  Down
Any suggestion what can be the issue?

    Hi @nivesh . Please contact Solace Support to assist. Your appliances' states seem healthy though, redundancy is up, it just means one of your two mate link cables (the fiber cables that goes between the ADBs for persistent messaging) is down, possibly due to a bad SFP. Anyhow, Support will issue you guidance on how to arrange to fix. They do not actively monitor the Solace Community. Thanks!

    Thanks @Aaron for quick reply.
    Seeing the error do you suspect any issue with the fiber cable ? May be got disconnected.
    or can it be only config issue, quick restart may work ?
    we will work with support.
