Is there any solace cli command to create topic like in IBM MQ

Hi @Sreenu, may I ask what you are trying to achieve? In Solace a topic is routing information in the message header and not something you create on the broker, as explained in this blog. If, however, you are trying to configure Durable Topic Subscriptions per the JMS spec then you can have a quick read on the semantics of those, here. The latter can be created through the CLI or SEMP, but you first need to be sure that is what you want.
