We are getting below mentioned alert in my solace Appliance.
Alert: Solace Mssage Spool Status Down.
Can you please tell me exact reason, why we are getting the alert.

    If you have a solace hardware appliance your best bet at getting a quick and accurate answer is to send an email to with the issue. You should get an auto-response that will ask you to gather diagnostics on the appliance for the past few days with instructions on how to do so. This will give them all they need in order to dig in and get you an expedite response :)
