RDP is not coming up, mentioning that host resolution failure error. When checked with network team, they mentioned that it is because solace is not sending SNI header is not present when solace is trying to make a connection. It is working in dev and qa environment. The same configuration has been pushed to production, but we see the connection is not being established. How can we check if we are sending correct SNI header and the complete properties of rest in CLI mode?

    Hi @rayudu,

A host resolution failure error at the RDP side on the broker sounds to me like it can't resolve the DNS name of the endpoint it's trying to reach.

I'm not familiar with SNI headers, but since this is a production issue if you have support I'd highly suggest opening up a ticket with them so they can quickly dig into the issue with you:
